Dwyane Wade's Breakup Letter to Miami

What an incredible few days. Our nation's independence day trumped by Kevin Durant making one of the craziest decisions of all time, and now Dwyane Wade - the face of the Miami Heat franchise - has decided to take his talents to the windy city and join Rondo, Butler and, well, nobody else really. I'm honestly glad this entire deal is done, because I was refreshing Twitter and Facebook more than I would have preferred. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.
And what do you do when you leave a team and join another? You write a breakup letter, duh. Kevin Durant did it this year, LeBron James did a full blown TV special a few years ago, and now D Wade has his opportunity to go viral on social media... because #priorities.
Anyway, thanks to todaysfastbreak.com, I was able to locate the entire note:

Well, Chicago, he's coming home! I was just in Chicago a few weeks ago - people are absolutely crazy about the Cubs. I can only imagine that the whole city is rejoicing.
I love Dwyane Wade. He has been my favorite basketball player since I watched him play for Marquette years ago. For a man that's understandably closing in on retirement, with the chance to move back to his stomping grounds to end his career? You can't blame him.
On the other hand, it looks like it may be a tough year for the Bulls. With both Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol headed to New York and San Antonio, there's definitely some interesting situations ahead for Chicago's frontcourt.
Congrats, Dwyane!
